Claremont Village South
The project is the 12-acre South Village, a City-led Transit Oriented Development initiative. We have visualized this previously vacant site into a thriving, LEED-certified neighborhood using renewable power and moving toward becoming fossil fuel independent. Through the use of architectural visualization, we were able to create an accurate representation of this project, which played a vital role in securing city approval and support for this transformative initiative.
State Street Village at Redlands
State Street Village project is aimed at honoring the urban and architectural heritage of Downtown Redlands. This community will be a beautiful, walkable space with mixed-use buildings and comfortable living spaces. As experts in architectural visualization, we're committed to delivering 3D renders that are as close to reality as possible, while emphasizing the unique and iconic elements of the project. This exciting project will provide a charming public space for the community, reminiscent of the plazas found throughout Southern Europe.
The space will feature outdoor dining options, making it the perfect destination for a meal or a gathering with friends and family. Zimmerman Visual loves working on projects that prioritize the pedestrian experience such as State Street Village. Zimmerman Visual visualized the stunning paseos within the project, which create an inviting and comfortable environment for pedestrians to enjoy. These pedestrian-only passages add to the overall design and functionality of the area, and we're proud to have played a part in visualizing this aspect of the project.
Century City Tower
Zimmerman Visual is excited to share Century City Center, a breathtaking 37-story tower that boasts approximately 700,000 square feet of corporate office space, alongside retail, dining, and other amenities. This grand tower is surrounded by two acres of beautifully designed gardens and courtyards that cover the entire two-story parking structure.
Oregon State University - Edward J. Ray Hall
Edward J. Ray Hall provides a new learning environment for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math on the OSU-Cascades campus while creating a vibrant student hub with active interior and exterior spaces. Zimmerman Visual produced a sequence of images that visually describe the most impactful interior and exterior space of the overall project.
Wesley Spring Glenn
Recently, renderings were created for Wesley Spring Glen, a new community just minutes from Renton and conveniently accessible to Seattle, Bellevue, and Tacoma.
